Hi...
I don`t know what I would do without my Johnny, I don`t even want to think about it (he says I don`t have to think about it since I will never have to find out!!! )
We have recently had carpets fitted throughout the house, plus we are in the middle of getting new beds and bedroom furniture... well to make room for all this and to enable myself enough room to actually assemble the stuff, I have had to cram as much stuff as I could into the fitted cupboards, boxes, crates, and the kitchen, bathroom and passageway which are the only rooms not being carpeted... to make less clutter to have to keep moving about. Some things of importance were put away "safe"... you know the story, we have probably all done this, put something away so safe we can`t find it when we need it, lol!.
Our rent and water rates are due to be paid and I need the payment cards. I hunted high and low and was at my wits end. I know they were near the computer last time I saw them since I pay online, but I need the reference numbers on them so can`t pay without the cards!.
I have been hunting for them upstairs and downstairs even though I know they were in our room where the computer is and I wouldn`t have needed to put them elsewhere. I was growing increasingly concerned because many bags of rubbish have gone out since I last saw them, and second hand/charity shops have been getting a lot of bags from us too... what if I had accidentally thrown them out or given them to a charity shop?... I was near to tears!. Johnny was here trying his best to calm me down, telling me not to panic they are safe and in our room. I asked where and he said "in a box behind you, in the corner." By now I had removed everything from the cupboard and if you could see the mess in our room now, it`s worse than when we were moving in!... the only bonus is I finally managed to put away the Christmas stuff which I want to store in the cupboard, but couldn`t get it in there with all the other clutter, lol!. Anyway I went through the boxes that were behind me but still didn`t find the cards. Disappointed (with myself) I decided to sit down with a much needed coffee and check my emails, and give myself a chance to calm down and clear my mind a bit. Whilst sitting at the computer there was a knock on the door, I went downstairs to see who it was, it was the postman with a package. I had forgotten I ordered this a few days ago (so much else going on with the video`s, rent cards etc)... it was a dowsing set Johnny wanted us to get for our work, includes dowsing rods, a pendulum and books on using them. I felt drawn to the rods and got them out and held them for a while, I rubbed my quartz over them to ground them and get our energy into them. I have never held dowsing rods before so didn`t really know if I was doing right, I have watched it being done at investigations so had a slight idea. I held them and asked Johnny to show me clearly where to look, the rods swung around and pointed into the corner Johnny said about earlier. "Okay, I will look again", I said. I went through all the boxes one by one, nothing. "Look properly!" Johnny said... "they are in the last box". Well I opened the last box and there they were, right on top... I don`t know why but I didn`t check that box earlier, probably because it is a plastic storage crate, it used to store all the children`s crafts stuff, I forgot they decided they didn`t want it anymore so I threw it out and used the crate to put stuff in, including the rent cards!!! (phew!)
So I guess you could say the dowsing rods will be a useful tool for us, and I think we can safely assume they do actually work!!!
Now to clear away this mess or I won`t have room to assemble our wardrobe that`s downstairs in boxes waiting to be put together, lol!
