Another Haunted Castle!

Last night my ex told me he is off work during valentine`s week, the children are also off school that week. He said he can have them for a few days/nights so I could get away if I wanted. I really could do with a short break but being such short notice I couldn`t really think of anywhere I could go. Johnny`s and my kind of break is waterfalls, scenery and nature walks - a few rainbows here & there are always a welcome bonus Johnny and I do hope to go and see some waterfalls we haven`t seen before, which will mean travelling further afield, maybe even leaving Wales for a few days to do so. (Ireland springs to mind as do a few parts of England... Niagara is a lifelong dream but looking less likely). However february is not ideal time to go looking at new pastures and unfamiliar territory, so we decided against it this time. But it still would be nice to get away together for a few days. I was trying to think last night where we could go when Johnny suggested going somewhere haunted, something we both enjoy and need to go to more to practise for our work anyway!. I checked to see if Spooks are doing anything that week but sadly nothing is planned as yet. So I looked online and found out that Bodelwyddan Castle near Rhyl in North Wales, is having an overnight paranormal investigation on saturday 16th feb... that is the end of that week and we could just about fit it in so I emailed to see if there is a place available. We could travel down a day or two beforehand and stay at a hotel or guesthouse if the castle doesn`t do accommodation like some do.... make a short break of it, see Rhyl and other places whilst there. I am getting excited now and looking forward to it. Here`s hoping we will get a place, I will let you know if/when I hear anything!
